Life looks so much better with your pet by your side in our Lake Charles, Louisiana, community. Pet Policy

  • A non-refundable pet fee of $350 will be charged for the first pet, with an additional $150 for a second pet.
  • Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month.
  • Please note: This is a fee, not a deposit.
  • Aggressive breeds are not permitted. See details below for restricted breeds.

Aggressive breeds will not be allowed; these include, but are not limited to, full blooded or mixed Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Mastiffs, Chows, American Staffordshire Terriers, and Dalmatians.
